There comes a time in every man's life where he either gets into brewing his own beer or smoking meats. Fred Rasel made his choice in 1999 when he started to build smokers and began smoking meat. And it's safe to say we made the right decision! The  Smoke Wagon began as a small backyard project in 2009 and has grown into  the best BBQ in Washington, PA.
